Clearwater Montana Properties, Inc. was co-founded in 1994 by Kevin Wetherell. At that time, we opened our newly constructed Clearwater Complex office in Seeley Lake. By 1996, we had established ourselves as the Western Montana real estate market leaders. In 1999, we opened our second office in Condon/ Swan Valley, and in 2000, we opened our office in White Sulphur Springs. In 2005, we opened our Missoula office.

Finally, in 2007 we became a Montana Participant with Cabela’s Trophy Properties and merged with the three offices of Waldbillig Realty, which was founded in 1957 by Frank Waldbillig and was purchased in 2002 by Thor Sichveland.
